Attorney at Law
Kevin Levine is an immigration attorney who has been solely practicing immigration law as a sole practitioner since September 1994. He is a member of the California Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the LA County Bar Immigration Law Section.
Kevin primarily handles business immigration issues. He assists business clients with nonimmigrant work visas (H, E, L, J, O, P, R), as well as green cards through employment with both PERM/Labor Certifications as well as employment-based immigrant petitions (EB1, EB2, EB3, EB4). In the business arena, his clients range from some of the largest multinational corporations in the world to small start-up businesses. His O and P clients are primarily involved in entertainment – dancers, choreographers, lighting directors, costume designers, creative directors, cinematographers, producers, production managers, and influencers, as well as professional tennis players and their support personnel (coaches and trainers) on the ATP and WTA tours.
Kevin also handles family immigration issues. He helps families reunite from around the world, fiancés and financées to enter the US to get married to US citizens, as well as individuals located in the United States to file for green cards based on family relationships. Related cases include petitions to remove conditional resident status for spouses of US citizens, naturalization, reentry permits, and green card renewals.
Most important, Kevin does not end his day until he returns all his emails and phone calls. He is personally involved with all of the cases in his office at all stages. This is crucial in immigration law since details are significant. According to a legacy INS spokesperson as reported in The Washington Post on April 24, 2001, “Immigration is a mystery and a mastery of obfuscation, and the lawyers who can figure it out are worth their weight in gold.” Through nearly three decades of practicing immigration law as well as countless hours studying the subject, Kevin is an attorney that is well versed in employment and family immigration matters.
