Individuals who have already obtained a green card may need to submit application(s) to retain their legal permanent residence status or to apply for naturalization. Below are some of the services our office assists with.

REMOVING CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE
Did you obtain a green card through marriage to a US Citizen?
Is your 2-year conditional green card expiring within 90 days?
If you answered "yes" to both questions above, you need to file an I-751 petition to remove conditions on residence.

RENEWING/REPLACING
YOUR GREEN CARD
Will your 10 year green card expire in 6 months?
Have you lost / misplaced your green card?
Has anyone stolen your green card?
If you answered "Yes" to any of the questions above, you need to file an I-90 application to renew/replace your green card.
I-131
RE-ENTRY PERMITS
Are you planning on traveling outside the US for 1 year or more?
If you answered "Yes" to the question above, you may need to apply for a re-entry permit before you depart the US.
N-400
NATURALIZATION
Do you want to apply to become a US citizen?
Have you had a green card for 5 years (or 3 years if married to a US citizen)?
If you answered "Yes" to both questions above, you may be eligible to apply for naturalization.
